The role focuses on selling apprenticeship and training solutions to levy and non-levy paying employers using a consultative, solutions-led approach.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Engage and develop relationships with employers nationwide to maximise apprenticeship levy use and promote training solutions.\n\n * Identify employer needs, close skills gaps, and propose apprenticeship, work experience, and commercial training solutions.\n\n * Develop and manage a territory plan to generate new business\n\n * Manage employer accounts end-to-end, from initial contact through delivery, evaluation, and repeat business.\n\n * Generate and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM and reporting updates.\n\n * Lead Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account administration in line with ESFA requirements.\n\n * Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, apprenticeship recrui...
