We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across both business and private spheres. This role requires exceptional judgement, proactive coordination, and the ability to manage complex responsibilities with confidence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, delivering excellence with consistency and professionalism.
What You Will Do As Personal Assistant
* Provide high‑level executive support, including complex diary management, inbox oversight, and international scheduling.
* Act as a key liaison with senior executives, members, guests, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and professional representation.
* Coordinate meetings and events, preparing agendas, documentation, and detailed itineraries.
* Draft and produce accurate business correspondence and documents such as memos, letters, invoices, and statements.
* Maintain oversight of business projects across multiple locations, ensuring effective follow‑through and organisation.
* Deliver comprehensive personal support, ensuring residences are well maintained and coordinating with household staff and art management teams.
* Manage all aspects of personal and business travel, including drivers, holiday planning, accommodation, activities, and travel insurance.
* Oversee health‑related administration, including private medical insurance management and appointment authorisations.
* Support personal financial administration by liaising with accountants on financial matters, alongside organising personal events and charitable initiatives.

Working Hours
* Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, flexibility required.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience supporting a senior level executive within an entrepreneurial/growing, family office or SME business.
* First class written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and proven track record of seeing things through to completion.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Ability to adhere to complete confidentiality on all business matters.
* Ability to build strong, collaborative, stakeholder relationships both inside and outside the business.
* Ability to maintain a calm, composed manner in the face of challenging situations and temperaments.
* Knowledge of Office Suite – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
