As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role is all about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

What does the role involve?

In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to craft tailor-made solutions.
2. Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
3. Developing focus customers by building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing our top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce.

What do you need?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
* A solution-oriented approach to uncover customer pain points and needs.
* Alignment with our values: commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability to engage with all customer levels, from site operators to managing directors.
* Drive and motivation to succeed and overcome challenges.
* Curiosity and a passion for learning and growth.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities independently.
* Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site five days a week. Please disclose points and expiry dates if applicable.
