The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Employment team of this prestigious Legal 500 law firm. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an additional Employment Solicitor to manage a diverse and challenging caseload of employment-related matters. The role involves handling both contentious and non-contentious cases for employers and employees, including employment contracts, TUPE, restrictive covenants, redundancy, and Employment Tribunal claims. This position offers an excellent chance to develop your expertise and advance your career while contributing to a growing department.
The Candidate:
We seek a talented and ambitious Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a mixed caseload, including contentious and non-contentious matters, and advising businesses of various sizes, including SMEs. You should be motivated, ambitious, and eager to progress your career as an Employment Lawyer within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
