We're partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed technology business on an exciting search for a Product Manager to own their internal tools and platforms function. Having recently secured significant additional investment, they're scaling rapidly and this role sits at the heart of that growth, ensuring internal teams have the tooling they need to operate at scale.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional squad working closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and stakeholders across Operations, Commercial and Finance. The team is made up of product professionals from some of the most respected names in UK tech.
The Role....
* Owning the end-to-end delivery of internal tools and platforms, from discovery through to launch and iteration
* Partnering with internal teams to uncover pain points, map workflows, and identify opportunities
* Exploring and applying AI-powered solutions to drive efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve quality across internal workflows
* Translating ambiguous internal user needs into clear problem statements, prioritised backlogs, and measurable outcomes
* Balancing short-term fixes with longer-term platform thinking to support scalability and reliability
* Defining success metrics around adoption, efficiency, reliability, and internal satisfaction
Requirements...
* Product experience, ideally with internal tools, platforms, or B2B products
* A hands-on delivery mindset; you're comfortable owning a backlog and driving execution
* Curiosity around AI and automation, with practical experience applying them to real workflow problems
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity
* Comfort working in agile environments, iterating quickly, and using data to guide decisions
