Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support our Dental Laboratory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting dental materials, equipment, and samples between the laboratory and various healthcare facilities. This role requires excellent organisational skills, clear communication, and a commitment to punctuality to ensure smooth daily operations. Prior experience in patient care or healthcare settings is advantageous but not essential. Duties
* Safely operate company vehicles to deliver dental materials, equipment, and samples to clinics and other healthcare providers.
* Collect dental impressions, models, or other relevant items from clients or partners as required.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs in accordance with schedule.
* Assist with the organisation of delivery routes to optimise efficiency and minimise delays.
* Ensure vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen issues.
* Assist with basic administrative tasks related to deliveries, including documentation and reporting.
Skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently.
* Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Basic IT literacy for managing delivery schedules and documentation.
* Good understanding of patient care principles, ensuring respectful handling of sensitive materials when necessary.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
* Valid driving licence suitable for operating company vehicles safely.
* Prior experience in nursing, healthcare, or similar environments is desirable but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: £12.33-£17.00 per hour
