Supporting Local Authority services in an administration and coordination capacity Taking meeting notes Diary management Managing a mailbox and responding to email queries in a professional manner Entering data into Excel spreadsheets Processing payments on council software Experience required: Experience of working in an office environment Customer Service skills Good attention to detail Knowledge or ability to learn new databases Basic knowledge of MS Excel Able to communicate effectively, both orally and writing in a tactful, sensitive, and courteous manner.
