QA Manager Cladding / Fire Remediation Bristol | £13m Project Freelance | 1 year remaining We're on the hunt for a sharp-eyed QA Manager to oversee a major cladding fire remediation project in Bristol. Could be known as a QA Manager, or a Clerk of Works either way, someone who knows their Hold Points from their hindsight. The brief: You'll lead on-site inspections, audit the works, and keep the ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) watertight. From checking installations to chasing paperwork and liaising with the office, you'll be the last line of defence between good enough and bulletproof. You'll need to: • Know QA inside outideally in cladding/fire remediation • Possess an eye for detail that borders on mildly obsessive (in a good way) • Keep paperwork in check (audits, ITPs, site inspections) • Work well with site teams, clients, and the odd stressed subcontractor • Track record - ideally staying in one job longer than a kettle warranty Why you? This isn't just another box-ticking QA Manager job. It's a £13m project that needs proper oversightand you'll be the one making sure it's built right, safe, and up to scratch I know this ad's had a bit of fun, but I'm a serious recruiter, working with a serious contractor, on a seriously good opportunity.
