The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!
Duties will include:
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Advertising properties, booking property viewings, and registering applicants
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Introducing new business and building alliances with developers through active networking
* Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors
* Building strong internal and external relationships
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring precise data entry
* Managing the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills required:
* At least six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
* Excellent sales abilities
* High-level customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Negotiation skills
* Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Responsiveness to change
