Key Responsibilities
* Answering telephone and handling email enquiries
* Processing on-hires and off-hires from construction industry customers
* Raising quotations and inputting orders on our dedicated hire system
* Liaising with operational depots and transport departments to arrange deliveries and collections
What We're Looking For
* Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and Outlook
* Knowledge of G42 or similar hire rental asset management systems (advantageous)
* Knowledge of the hire industry or construction (advantageous)
