Brand Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to drive and develop the brand identity of the expanding own-label portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to play a pivotal role in the success of multiple brands across various channels.
As the Own Brand Marketing Manager, you will oversee the brand propositions, attributes, values, imagery, and tone of voice for all own-brand offerings.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct brand reviews and identify gaps within individual brand propositions.
2. Overhaul websites, enhancing content, usability, design.
3. Develop and agree on the brand identity of each label, creating comprehensive brand guidelines.
4. Manage packaging design and oversee photography requirements.
5. Create and manage marketing calendars across all sales channels.
6. Plan and activate promotional campaigns, analyse their impact, and implement learnings.
7. Research the competitive landscape to refine brand positioning and strategies.
8. Develop presentations to support Sales in business negotiations.
