3 day a week permanent Teacher for a Key Stage 1 class
Start Date: 21st August 2026
King Richards Infant and Nursery School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated teacher to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will continue to help us raise standards and make a difference to the future of our pupils and school.
We are looking for a teacher who:
•Has a high expectations for all and a proven passion for teaching and learning
•Is highly motivated, imaginative and creative
•Makes effective use of assessment to ensure all children make strong progress from starting points
•Has high expectations of themselves, others and our pupils
•Is committed to working as part of a mutually supportive team
•Experienced at using adaptive teaching methods to support all children achieving in lessons
•Would be willing to work in Key Stage 1, Nursery or Reception
•Excellent knowledge of phonics and the teaching of reading, Little Wandle scheme would be a bonus
•Able to contribute to the school beyond the classroom
