3. Identify and support students with Special Educational Needs, making a positive impact on their learning journey.
4. Plan lessons that embody pace, motivation, and challenge, constantly assessing and adjusting for optimal impact.
5. Differentiate instruction for all abilities, empowering each student to reach their full potential.
6. Provide constructive feedback on student work, maintaining meticulous records of progress.
7. Uphold equal treatment for all students, safeguarding their welfare as a top priority.
8. Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures, leaving a lasting imprint on our school's ethos.
9. Actively participate in appraisal procedures and engage in continuous professional development.
10. Attend school meetings and maintain positive communication channels with parents.
Requirements:
11. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
12. Evidence of excellent classroom practice or the potential to achieve it.
13. Proven track record of successful student outcomes across Key Stages.
14. High expectations of pupil attainment and behaviour.
15. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
16. Passion for providing extensive extra-curricular opportunities.
