Reed Business support is supporting a rapidly growing and exciting law firm in their search for an administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in the legal sector to support our solicitors and legal teams in delivering high-quality services to clients. Anyone with experience in professional services (law firms, accountancy practice, architects etc.) would thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal teams, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
* Maintain and update client records and case files accurately and efficiently.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Assist with the preparation of legal documents and bundles.
* Open and manage high-risk files, ensuring all compliance and due diligence checks are completed in line with firm policies.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Support the wider team with general office duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience using LEAP case management software is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
