Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant located in Woking. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for assisting with preparing and dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Tasks also include handling phone inquiries with professionalism and performing administrative duties to support the overall efficiency of the pharmacy.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Prescription processing and general Pharmacy operations
* Strong Customer Service skills and ability to assist patients with inquiries
* Experience in Inventory Management and maintaining stock levels
* Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills
* Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* Teamwork and collaboration skills to support colleagues effectively
* Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage
* High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are a plus
