Organisation Basketball England Salary £29,000 - £32,000 per annum (Band 4A) Location Remote with occasional travel to Manchester Contract type Fixed Term Closing date 12 June 2026 Job Description Basketball England is seeking an Integrity Officer to lead and coordinate integrity activity across the sport, supporting both Basketball England and GB Basketball programmes.
This is a key role ensuring complaints and concerns are managed effectively, while promoting high standards of safeguarding, conduct and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the central point of contact for complaints and integrity-related concerns
Managing case processes from initial report through to resolution, ensuring consistency and fairness
Leading and supporting investigations, including evidence gathering, interviews and reporting
Supporting disciplinary and regulatory processes, including hearings and case outcomes
Monitoring trends and contributing to governance, reporting and continuous improvement
Building strong relationships with internal teams, clubs and external partners
You’ll bring experience in safeguarding, complaints handling, investigations and working within regulatory frameworks, alongside strong judgement, communication and organisational skills.
