While gaining hands-on experience, you'll also study towards a Level 3 Childcare qualification. Your new role Assisting in the planning and delivery of fun, engaging activities Supporting children's emotional and physical development Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Observing and recording children's progress Contributing to a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration Studying to obtain your Level 3 Childcare qualification What you'll need to succeed A genuine passion for working with children Experience with children aged 0-5 years preferred but not essential.
