THE MISSION
As our creative output continues to evolve, we’re looking to bring in a Junior Motion Graphics Designer. A creative with a flair for visual magic and an eye for detail.
You’ll help bring our cinematic worlds to life. Enhancing shots, crafting seamless effects and dynamic motion graphics, and adding that extra touch of visual polish that makes our films stand out. You’ll be working closely with your line manager, Creative Director and wider team of creatives and producers to help shape the visual identity of our work, from the edit suite to screens large and small.
THE ROLE
This is a hands‑on creative position for a motivated and ambitious individual who wants to grow their Motion Graphics, VFX and post‑production skills within a highly creative environment and across a range of iconic brands. The role is primarily focused on motion design, VFX and visual enhancement, with supporting responsibilities of some video and social editing, and creating graphics and visuals for new business pitches and client presentations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with seniors to help create visually striking effects and motion graphics for high‑end brand films.
* Collaborate closely with directors and editors to craft the visual narrative – enhancing emotion, atmosphere, style and realism.
* Work with seniors to help develop and execute creative motion graphics and VFX solutions.
* Contribute to look development, tone, and finishing techniques that elevate each project.
* Work with the creative team to explore new visual approaches, test techniques, and experiment with emerging tools and technologies.
* Support in the creation of title sequences, branded graphics, and motion design assets.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and Motion Graphics / VFX innovations to continually push the visual bar higher.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* A visually driven creative with a strong understanding of graphic design, typography, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
* Skilled in Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop; Some experience with 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) would be beneficial.
* Some experience with AI prompting to create slick visuals for mock‑ups would also be a bonus
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently and creatively under pressure.
* Organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about producing visually exceptional work.
* 1–2 years’ experience in video production.
* Must be within commuting distance of our converted barn offices SG5 4BH (4 days a week).
* Must be able to drive and have your own car.
