Who we are looking for
A Sub Editor in the Marketing Delivery team, who will be responsible for creating and delivering offer-related campaigns to targeted customers on a global scale.
The Marketing Delivery team is responsible for delivering marketing offers that promote upcoming sporting events, reward customer loyalty and prompt user engagement with our Sportsbook.
You will be responsible for maintaining the team’s marketing schedule, which holds key information on offer requirements, target customer groups, marketing channels and delivery timings. You will be expected to effectively manage multiple campaigns.
You will work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, crediting qualifying customers with offers using our in-house tools and send marketing communications to these customers via CRM platforms Optimove and Braze.
The position is offered on a full time basis working any 5 days from 7, with hours between 08:00am – 18:30pm and flexibility required during busy periods. Full training for all elements of the role is provided.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Proven ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and tool functionality.
* Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Operationally minded with the ability to work effectively in process-driven environments.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
* Self-motivation with exceptional planning, communication and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in campaigns before publishing to customers.
* Awareness of key sporting events within the sporting calendar.
* Previous experience of using marketing communication tools is advantageous but not essential.
* Understanding of customer relationship management is advantageous but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
* Creating and maintaining global marketing schedules.
* Preparing terms and conditions for different offer mechanics based on ready-made templates, and assisting in the creation of these templates based on new offer mechanics.
* Creating, building and testing offers in advance of campaigns going live to ensure that there functioning correctly.
* Testing offers once live to ensure customer’s expectations are met.
* Generating recipient lists, ensuring they are correct and compatible with our communication tools.
* Filtering data to create targeted groups of predefined customers.
* Assisting in the creation of processes to ensure a high standard of output is consistently maintained.
* Checking customer data to ensure that marketing content is correctly delivered to relevant customers.
* Crediting customers with a wide-range of bonus types and sending supplemental marketing communications.
* Liaising with other departments to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
