Serencroft is a family-owned care home group providing Residential, Nursing, and Day Care in Greater London and Manchester areas. For over 30 years, we have been committed to preserving and promoting well-being by offering quality care with an emphasis on individuality and dignity. We provide Residential and 24-hour Nursing care, as well as Palliative and End of Life care for the elderly and young people with physical disabilities. Each Resident's unique needs and preferences are met with a bespoke health care plan, including on-site nursing, personal care support, therapies, and medication management.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Deputy Manager located in Romford. The Clinical Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure quality improvement, and provide training to staff. Additional responsibilities include managing care home services, administering medicine, and ensuring the effective delivery of care. The role requires close collaboration with nursing staff, care teams, and management to maintain high standards of care and support for residents.

* Skills in administering Medicine and managing Care Home services
* Proficiency in Training and staff development
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
