The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Proactively source, screen, and place candidates in temporary and contract aviation roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle with a focus on exceptional service delivery
Understand client needs and deliver tailored resourcing solutions
Keep up to date with market trends and compliance requirements
