Job details - Occupational Health Technician Location – Netley Holy Leigh House Grade - Scale 6 Salary - Scale 6 £32,247 - £34,329 per Annum Hours – 37 per week (Hybrid Working) Contract – Permanent Closing date – Sunday 21st September 2025 @23:59hr About the Role. To conduct all aspects of health surveillance in line with legal requirements and OH policy and Procedure. To conduct aspects of health screening as agreed. To assist in providing a full range of screening support services for OH. To assist and support the health care professionals to carry out their specialized roles to ensure the team functions efficiently. Responsibilities will be and not limited to: 1. To conduct screening programmes, maintain accurate records, make decisions in consultation with a qualified OHA where appropriate on the results and arrange follow us for health surveillance, such as: Audiometric, spirometric, eyesight, and agreed aspects of health screening. 2. Maintenance of relevant Health Surveillance equipment. 3. To interpret and communicate results to clients and managers where appropriate. Prepare reports and refer onwards as appropriate. 4. Facilitate admin process for new recruits, facilitate all signoff appointments in collaboration with the OHA team, the OHP, and the HC Recruitment team. 5. Maintain records and confidentiality in line with legislation and procedure. 6. Give regular and effective service.
