This role focuses on helping clients modernise their operations, adopt new technologies, and accelerate business performance through innovative digital strategies. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with strong business acumen, comfortable engaging with C‑suite stakeholders and shaping strategic transformation conversations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within mid‑market and enterprise accounts. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of digital transformation opportunities. Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand clients’ operational challenges, technology landscape, and strategic objectives. Digital Transformation Advisory Translate business needs into tailored solutions across areas such as workflow automation, cloud solutions, AI-driven process optimisation, data analytics, and customer experience platforms. Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions, define deliverables, and ensure proposals meet client requirements. Present compelling demonstrations, value propositions, and ROI models to senior stakeholders. Client Relationship Management Become a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying ongoing expansion opportunities. Deliver a seamless handover to professional services and project teams to ensure successful implementation. Monitor customer success metrics and maintain periodic engagement to drive retention and upsell. Market & Product Knowledge Stay up to date on digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance solution offerings and go‑to‑market strategies Skills & Experience Required Essential Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within digital transformation, technology, SaaS, or consulting. Strong understanding of business processes and how digital solutions add measurable value. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage and influence decision‑makers at all levels, particularly C‑suite. Consultative selling mindset and ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits. Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously. Desirable Experience with workflow automation, cloud solutions, AI/ML platforms, ERP/CRM technologies, or data analytics. Knowledge of professional services delivery methodologies. Experience selling into sectors undergoing digital modernisation (e.g., manufacturing, services, retail, healthcare).
