We are recruiting for a Senior Systems Controller to join our team providing
system support operations, CDE and Construction support systems within Taylor Woodrow and the wider Vinci business, ensuring optimal performance and data security. Based in our offices in Watford, the Senior Systems Controller will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining system functionality, implementing controls, and coordinating with various departments to streamline processes and support digital delivery of projects to the Taylor Woodrow Digital standard.
Manage digital support services inbox/ticket system, triaging and assigning incoming requests to digital advisors and systems controllers and reporting metrics and blockers to Digital Support Services Manager.
Monitor tasks to ensure timely response and project mobilisations by coordinating with System Controllers, Digital Advisors, Information Managers and other teams across the business.
Lead on scheduling, chairing, maintaining and distributing records from digital start-up meetings to determine project needs and provide support on workflows and training.
Ensure digital solutions are configured and deployed to meet project requirements and business standards within specified timescales.
Monitor system use and configuration to ensure data accuracy.
Act as second-line support for unresolved problems, providing training and support as needed.
Arrange and chair meetings with digital tool providers to maintain relationships, drive continuous improvement, and resolve issues.
Provide feedback to the Digital Support Services Manager and Engineering Director on site performance and recurring issues.
Promote a positive attitude towards digital tools by introducing new ideas to the team.
Oracle, Aconex, MSite, Alteia, Power BI
Understanding of construction industry and awareness of financial and commercial systems and impacts.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including word, PowerPoint, excel, teams, SharePoint, lists, Forms, Visio and timesheet portals
Full UK driving licence
