Description
This position will play a critical role in providing accounting support for the Company’s supply chain finance activities, including understanding their impacts on the financial results of Company. This role liaises across multiple functions and coordinates the flow of information between multiple levels of management. This position will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Accounting to ensure procurement transactions are accurately planned, approved and reported.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform monthly closing routines and reporting for Supply Chain and account reconciliations.
2. Assist in roll-up of monthly performance forecast and perform financial trend and variance analysis reporting.
3. Assist in roll-up of monthly working capital forecast and variance analysis reporting
4. Preparation financial reports for Supply Chain.
5. Assist in Annual Budgeting process.
6. Assist in driving initiatives to bring process improvement opportunities & cost savings for the company operations.
7. Assist in affiliate transfer pricing & margin analysis.
8. Assist in costing of NPDs.
9. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
10. Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision.
11. Ad hoc assignment as required.
About you:
12. Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline, complimented by at least 2 years’ relevant work experience
13. Experience from Big Four Accounting Firms preferred
14. Experience in a commercial organisation and a financial base gained through work experience.
15. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, while effectively operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization
16. Management Accounting Experience
17. Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ability to present data through reports and/or dashboards
18. ERP experience preferred but not essential
19. Analytical skills to simplify and present complex data
20. Effective communication skills across all disciplines and levels.
21. Ability to work under pressure and perseverance to work through issues to resolution
22. Willingness to liaise and work at operational level, and manage upwards at a more senior level
