Job Description: Operations Manager

5. Handling client complaints related to departmental issues appropriately within SLA, including making contact with clients and conducting complaint visits when necessary to resolve issues amicably.
6. Building and maintaining a motivated, cohesive team, providing leadership and support to colleagues and peers, and sharing best practices across group companies.
