We are looking for confident, sales‑driven luxury sales advisors to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales and working with luxury jewellery in a high‑profile, luxury retail environment. This is not a passive retail role. You will be expected to engage, consult and convert.
Key Responsibilities
* Working in a high‑performance sales culture to achieve individual and shop targets
* Providing 5‑star hospitality and extraordinary customer experience
* Actively engaging customers and converting enquiries into sales
* Confidently consulting on diamonds, fine jewellery and luxury watches
* Following up with clients via phone, email and messaging
* Delivering exceptional aftercare and repeat business
* Maintaining immaculate superior standards and personal presentation
* Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guidelines
* Acting as a brand ambassador for ROX – Diamonds & Thrills
Skills & Experience
This role will suit someone who is commercial, confident and ambitious with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ideally, you will have:
* At least two years’ experience in a highly customer‑focused retail or hospitality environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A natural ability to build trust and rapport
* A genuine interest in jewellery, watches and luxury goods
* Confident discussing and selling high‑value jewellery
* Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment
* Proven sales experience is an advantage but not essential
