Job Role: SEN 1:1 Support
Hours: 10 hours per week (Part-time)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have a knack for creative problem-solving and a heart for making a difference? If so, Manor Farm Day Nursery has an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team in the pre-school room!
As a SEN 1:1 Support, you will play a vital role in nurturing the development of children with SEN needs. Your focus will be on providing engaging sensory play and regulating activities while encouraging daily routines and ensuring safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating experiences and environments tailored to each child's age and developmental stage.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery.
* Assist in the smooth operation of daily activities, prioritizing the safety and well-being of children, staff, and families.
* Foster professional relationships and communicate any concerns to management in line with company policies.
Requirements and Skills
* SEN Experience: Desirable
* Fluency in English: Essential (both written and spoken)
* Experience in Early Years: Desirable
