ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a dynamic, field-based operational management role suited for a highly organized and resilient individual. Package - £35,000 + car allowance (£350 p/m)
REPORTING STRUCTURE
* Reports to: Regional Operations Manager (ROM)
* Indirectly reports to: Operations Director (OD)
* Client Portfolio: Approx. 50 sites
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management – Promptly and professionally handle client concerns.
Team Leadership – Recruit, support, and develop cleaning operatives.
Performance Management – Address underperformance in line with company policies.
HR & Compliance – Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
On-Site Presence – Maintain a strong, visible presence across client sites.
Operations Oversight – Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance.
Budget Management – Ensure monthly site budgets are met.
Supplies & Logistics – Order consumables and materials via the company’s online system.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in a multi-site service or facilities management role with a strong client focus.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
* Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
