Key Requirements: Strong experience in network design, solution support, or network service delivery roles. Good understanding of enterprise network environments, including WAN, LAN, MPLS, IP-VPN, SD-WAN, routing/switching, and network security. Proven experience working in customer-facing delivery environments. Strong delivery management and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and escalations in complex programmes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build customer relationships. Ability to work with pace, ownership, and accountability to drive outcomes.
