*Job Description:*
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an integral part of our workshop team. We are ideally looking for Ford dealer experience but this is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training directly from the manufacturer. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnostic, repair, mot and servicing tasks on all makes of vehicles.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on FORD and all makes vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
* Utilise advanced tools, equipment, and technical knowledge to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently.
* Conduct routine servicing and maintenance operations in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and best practices.
* Collaborate effectively with team members, including service advisors and parts department, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends through continuous learning and training.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Previous experience as a Ford Vehicle Technician is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience
* Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine passion for automotive technology.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems and components.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive technology (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, IMI) are desirable but not essential.
