How you will contribute Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. What you will bring Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects within the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite. Degree in project management, business administration, supply chain management is advantageous but not essential. Project Management certification - desirable.
