What You’ll Be Doing!
As a Community Access & Supported Living Care Worker, you will support individuals in their homes and in the community to live independently and improve their quality of life.
Domiciliary Care Responsibilities:
* Assisting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Helping clients maintain a clean and safe home environment
* Supporting clients with daily living tasks
Community Access Care Responsibilities:
* Supporting individuals to attend medical appointments, social events, or leisure activities
* Assisting with shopping, running errands, or engaging in hobbies
* Helping individuals access education, employment, or volunteer opportunities
* Encouraging physical activity and participation in community programs
