Repair Centre Technician Location: HQ, Acton Gate, StaffordDepartment: Service, Repair & Fulfilment About the Role We are looking for a Repair Centre Technician to join our fast-paced Operations team at our Stafford HQ. You will play a key role in diagnosing and repairing IT equipment, ensuring devices are returned to customers quickly, safely, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with repair centre experience who enjoys problem-solving, working to KPIs, and delivering excellent customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hardware faults on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, all-in-one equipment, and some servers Carry out limited software fixes where required Record all diagnostics and repairs accurately on company systems Complete quality assurance checks on repaired devices Pack and dispatch repaired equipment in line with company standards Follow anti-static, Health & Safety, and data protection procedures at all times Work to agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement Complete required training and customer-specific accreditations (including CompTIA A where applicable) What We’re Looking For Essential: Repair centre or technical repair experience Hardware break/fix experience on desktops and laptops GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and customer focus Desirable: CompTIA A certification NVQ or qualification in IT Experience with brands such as Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Samsung, Asus, Toshiba Knowledge of 5S or Lean working practices What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for training, certification, and career development The chance to work with leading technology brands A role where quality, sustainability, and customer experience matter Ready to apply?If you’re passionate about technology repair and want to be part of a forward-thinking organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
