We are currently looking to recruit a proactive Operations Manager to join our team at our Hatfield Regional Distribution centre. Our Hatfield site employees over 400 colleagues across the Fresh Milk and Pallet operation within the warehouse and the role will play a key part in the sites Senior Leadership Team.

The salary on offer will be up to £55,000. We also offer 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day:
* Lead, coach, manage & develop the day shift management team
* Communicate & deliver business goals, prioritising goals & activities as necessary
* Ensure compliance with company, customer & legal standards
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal & external
* Proactively participates in strategic projects
* Responsible for daily labour planning
* Ensures compliance with delivery agreements from the production sites
* Participates in projects, courses and other development activities.
