Job Description
Duties involve taking reservations for bedrooms, restaurants and private events, both online and by direct call/email, processing information, communicating effectively with other departments, carrying out check-in and check-out processes, responsibility for cash and card payments on the shift, and associated reception duties as required.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality within a similar environment is preferable, however full training will be given.
