Job Description
1. Lead monthly management reporting and cash‑flow reporting activities.
2. Oversee fixed asset accounting and related controls.
3. Prepare the annual budget and develop ongoing financial forecasts.
4. Ensure compliance across multiple business units.
5. Support year‑end close and audit coordination (internal & external).
6. Manage product costing and support new product cost development.
7. Conduct warranty cost analysis and project cost reporting.
8. Oversee inventory management reporting and intercompany reconciliations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Financial Controller should have:
9. CPA or equivalent professional qualification in accounting/finance.
10. 5+ years of financial management reporting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
11. Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel.
12. Strong analytical ability with excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
13. Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
