Peak Vets is looking for a highly motivated, confident, and enthusiastic individual to support our client care and clinical teams as a Practice Administrator. This is a permanent part-time position working 20 hours per week.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients and associates. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships with clients and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Booking appointments
* Handling phone and email queries
* Debt analysis
* Account invoicing
* Managing charity accounts / PH4l
* Supporting clients on my pet portal
* Proactive communication between clients and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
* Administrative duties such as scanning paperwork, filling forms, and processing payments

Peak Vets is a single-site RCVS Veterinary Hospital located in Woodseats, Sheffield, known as the ‘Northern Capital of Cool’ by The Times. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, accessible healthcare for pets. Our practice features four spacious consulting rooms, two operating theatres, separate wards for cats, dogs, and isolation, along with dedicated imaging and dental rooms. We are well-equipped with in-house diagnostic and surgical tools typical of an RCVS Hospital.
