Position Overview We're seeking a dynamic Partnership & Acquisition Executive to join our growing partnerships team and drive tactical execution of our partnership initiatives. Reporting directly to the Partnership & Acquisition Manager, this role is perfect for an ambitious professional looking to make their mark in the crypto-gaming space while developing expertise across multiple partnership verticals. You'll be responsible for executing partnership strategies across sponsorships, creator partnerships, streamer collaborations, brand ambassadorships, and affiliate programs. The ideal candidate brings 2 years of partnership or business development experience with a strong interest in iGaming, crypto, or digital marketing industries. Key Responsibilities Partnership Execution & Management • Execute partnership strategies developed by the Partnership & Acquisition Manager across multiple channels • Manage day-to-day relationships with creators, streamers, affiliates, and brand partners • Coordinate partnership activations, campaigns, and collaborative content initiatives • Support complex partnership negotiations under manager guidance • Ensure partnership contracts are fulfilled and deliverables are met on time Performance Monitoring & Optimisation • Track and analyse partnership performance using Google Analytics, BI tools, and performance tracking systems • Prepare regular performance reports and identify optimization opportunities • Monitor KPIs across different partnership verticals and recommend tactical improvements • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making Partnership Recruitment & Onboarding • Actively source and recruit new partners including creators, streamers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors • Conduct initial outreach and screening of potential partnership candidates • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth integration into Duelbits programs • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners across different verticals • Create onboarding materials and processes to streamline partner integration Relationship Building • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, streamers, and affiliate partners • Identify and prospect new partnership opportunities within assigned verticals • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and partnership meetings • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and creative to ensure successful partnership execution Campaign Management • Coordinate multi-channel partnership campaigns from planning to execution • Work with creative teams to develop partnership-specific content and promotional materials • Manage partnership budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery • Support the onboarding process for new partners and ensure smooth integration Required Qualifications • 2-4 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, affiliate marketing, or related field with exposure to digital marketing or gaming industries • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic BI tools • Excellent relationship management abilities with proven track record of building and maintaining professional partnerships • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including performance marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs • Strong communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and present findings clearly • Self-motivated and results-driven approach with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members • Interest in cryptocurrency and gaming industries with willingness to learn about emerging trends • Organisational skills to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience with creator economy platforms, affiliate networks, or influencer marketing tools • Knowledge of crypto/blockchain technology and gaming industry dynamics • Experience with project management tools and CRM systems • Basic understanding of social media platforms and emerging digital channels • Previous exposure to iGaming, sports betting, or entertainment industries What We Offer • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses tied to partnership success metrics • Career growth opportunities with clear progression path to senior partnership roles • Mentorship and development from experienced Partnership & Acquisition Manager and CMO • Exposure to cutting-edge industries at the intersection of cryptocurrency, gaming, and digital marketing • Flexible remote working environment with a dynamic, Gen Z-focused company culture • Professional development budget for industry conferences, certifications, and training programs • Opportunity to work with high-profile partners including major creators, esports organizations, and crypto influencers Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the Partnership & Acquisition Manager and will work closely with the broader marketing team, creative team, and senior leadership.
