Your Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:
1. Take full responsibility for a Key Stage 1 class, including planning, teaching, and assessing
2. Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
4. Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback and support as needed
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development
6. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, trips, and extracurricular activities
What We’re Looking For:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or equivalent
8. Recent and relevant in-class teaching experience, ideally within KS1
9. A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
10. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
11. Excellentmunication, organisation, and classroom management skills
12. A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
