We are looking for an internal sales support candidate to join a manufacturing company in Braintree. They are looking for someone to manage customer accounts to ensure that orders are processed efficiently. Starting salary will be circa £27,000 and working hours will be 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 14:00 finish on Friday. Duties will include: Process incoming enquiries via all channels Manage and maintain customer accounts Liaise with internal and external customers to build relationships Review and process orders Assist other departments such as finance and planners Attending customer visits with Account ManagersExperience/Skills needed: Having worked in a customer service or customer facing role Confident communicating by phone and face to face Able to use Microsoft packages including Excel Good time management experience and able to be proactive Any additional language skills would be an advantageIf you have experience in a customer service role and the ability to communicate over the phone then please get in touch!
