We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join an expanding organisation in a growth period. You will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders to deliver people initiatives that support both immediate priorities and long-term growth.
As the HRBP, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice on people & business matters. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that the HR function drives value while supporting wider business transformation and cultural development.
This role allows you to get fully stuck in and roll up your sleeps in hands on full Operational HR, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and wants to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for full HR operations & End to End HR.
* Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that align with organisational strategy and growth.
* Provide advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning etc using HR Metrics.
* Support the delivery of a HR transformation programme, embedding new systems, policies, and ways of working.
* Lead on talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathways.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing coaching and guidance to enable effective people management.
* Collaborate with the wider HR team to design and deliver key people initiatives, policies, and engagement strategies.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR best practice, and internal policies.
* Support change management initiatives, enabling teams and leaders to adapt to organisational growth.
About You
* Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role (or similar senior HR generalist / Operational position) within a fast-paced environment.
* Highly analytical & Data Driven
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility to partner with senior leaders.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
* Ability to thrive in a growing, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
* Resilient, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Professional HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or above) desirable.
* Experience in consultancy, professional services, or utilities/infrastructure industries advantageous.
