Salary: £13.19 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Wednesdays, with the opportunity to work extra hours on Thursdays & Fridays as well

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an Administrator who’ll provide admin support within out Cardiac Services at the Cromwell Hospital. You’ll be working closely with the department manager, physiologists, and have working interaction with the wider MDT across the hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Writing comprehensive reports under different Cromwell platforms
2. Check and receipt transactions under our inventory system
3. Update daily logs and trackers
4. Cross-reference of charges within systems
5. Completing Microsoft Excel sheets related to projected and planned activity
6. Completing dynamic forms concerning data assessment
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
7. Experience within administration/coordination in Hospital environment
8. Experience with Compucare or similar systems
9. Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Packages
10. Excellent communication skills written and verbal
11. Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
12. Excellent time management skills and able to meet deadlines
13. Able to build good relationships with colleagues and patients
