We are looking for a highly energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at The Barnsdale.
Our hotel overlooks the beautiful Rutland landscape with a picturesque courtyard, with a kitchen brigade providing fine dining using many ingredients sourced from the wealth of fine produce found in the locality. You will:
* Support and lead the Housekeeping team, in absence of the Head Housekeeper.
* Train the housekeepers through on the job coaching and encourage shadowing.
* Regularly conduct checks and monitor housekeeping quality and turndown of all guest bedrooms.
* Ensure that all guest accommodation and public areas are maintained to the highest possible standard of cleanliness and presentation by the housekeeping team.
* Liaise with suppliers of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies.
* Deliver scheduling of team rotas.
* Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Health and Safety are followed.
