Call Center Operative (Intern)

**Employment Type:** Internship (Voluntary or Paid dependent on experience and worker classification)

**Salary:** National Minimum Wage rates apply where legally required (currently £12.21/hour for 21+, £10.00/hour for 18-20, £7.55/hour for under 18/apprentices as of April 2025)
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Operative (Intern) to join our dynamic team. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in call handling, customer service, and tele-sales strategies across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and implementing sales campaigns and strategies across multiple platforms
* Create engagment with leads
* Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences
* Support campaign development and execution
* Assist with social media analytics and reporting
* Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects
* Attend client meetings and site visits as required (hybrid working arrangement)
Essential Requirements
* Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work remotely with good internet connection
* Right to work in the UK
