Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - 37.5 Hours Per Week (Hybrid)

What are we looking for?
The Strategy and Commercial Analyst is responsible for analytics and business case modelling to support growth and commercial planning.
The Strategy and Commercial Analyst dually report to the Head of Strategy and Head of Data & Analytics, and will partner closely with the wider Commercial team, as well as with clinical and functional teams across the organisation on various projects.

What will your duties include?
1. Analysing clinical, operational, financial and market data to generate insights that inform business cases, new propositions and strategic plans
2. Building demand, capacity and financial models to support decision making and forward-looking forecasting.
3. Supporting commercial team analytics to drive data-driven decision making within broader team.
4. Building knowledge of advanced analytics capabilities within Data & Analytics team.
5. Tracking strategic KPIs and assess progress of key initiatives.
6. Communicating complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and present insights to senior stakeholders.
7. Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, financial and analytics colleagues to strengthen insight generation and delivery.
8. Preparing analysis and materials for the Executive Team and board level updates.
9. Monitoring healthcare market, competitor and customer trends to identify opportunities and risks.
What we need from you?
10. Strong analytical skill set and interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
11. Strong competencies in analysing complex datasets using Microsoft Excel/Access.
12. Passion for learning new analytical tools (Tableau/Microsoft PowerBI).
13. Experience in and comfortable with the preparation and delivery of formal and informal presentations.
14. Able to develop productive work relationships with peers and physicians
15. Proven experience in managing and analysing complex datasets.
16. Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators, product line analysis and proposal development
17. Previous acute healthcare experience in data analysis and evaluation of healthcare resources, services, programmes and finances preferred (desirable)
