Exciting opportunities are available for Staff Nurses to join our Bank supply at Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole.
Our Registered Nurses work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide innovative and patient-centred care for all of our patients. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care to achieve the very best in patient outcomes.
We offer opportunities to develop and maintain your knowledge and skills while working on a supportive unit. The Trust provides a comprehensive training and support package for staff joining our local hospitals. It's a good place to learn and gain experience working alongside a welcoming team.

Main duties of the job
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of a ward/department team.
* Allocate and check work of junior staff and healthcare assistants.
* Take charge of the ward/department regularly.

Person specification
Education and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse in the relevant branch
* Diploma in Nursing
* Qualified mentor (ENB 998 or mentorship award or equivalent) or working towards
* Evidence of post-registration development in the relevant specialty
* Qualified NVQ Assessor (A1 or equivalent) or working towards
Occupational Experience
* Minimum six months post-registration experience in relevant specialty
* Experience of being ‘in charge’ of a shift
