We're looking for a UX Designer to design, build and optimise our exciting customer journeys. You will be working across a number of customer-facing websites, apps and bespoke journeys.

What You'll Be Doing
* Designing user-first experiences for web and mobile platforms.
* Creating prototypes to test ideas and gather user feedback.
* Working closely with developers and product teams to bring designs to life.
* Using tools like Figma (or XD/Sketch) to craft beautiful, functional interfaces.
* Analysing data, heatmaps, and user sessions to improve conversion and usability.
* Running A/B tests (we use Convert) and validating ideas through experimentation.
* Exploring customer journeys to identify friction and opportunities.
* Championing accessibility and usability best practices.
What We're Looking For
* A problem-solver who thrives on improving the customer experience.

* Someone who embraces testing and iterating to find the best solution.
* Comfortable presenting ideas and gathering feedback from across the business.
* Familiar with A/B testing tools (Convert or similar), heatmap/session tools (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory), and analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics).
* Solid grasp of UI/UX design principles with a strong portfolio of work.
* Bonus: experience with front-end development and/or implementing UI animations (e.g. using LottieFiles).
