I am looking for an experienced Head Chef from a 2/3 AA Rosette background to oversea this new restaurant.
ALL applicants must have experience of running 150 cover+ restaurant per service, with all day dining experience a real plus but not essential.
The brigade of 20 chefs will need high quality direction, and this is a hands on role and not an Executive Position, however candidates must have extensive knowledge of COSHH, HACCP etc
