As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team at their Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in the company's continued success. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and month-end processes Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and reports to support strategic decision-making Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure business sustainability and growth Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and external audits Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and HMRC Requirements Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience Proven track record in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and controls Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience using Sage and Xero A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail What's on Offer Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM schedule 28 days holiday including bank holidays Company pension scheme Opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation
